Basic bonding …
a way to strengthen the parent-child bond
Basic bonding is a new approach to bonding and parenting training. The program is structured as a modular system from which you can freely assemble your courses from different areas.
The basic bonding program comprises four different pillars:
Body touches
In the touch modules you as parents learn to promote closeness and connection to your child through physical contact. You will be supported in your body work to trust your intuitive skills and to sensitively accompany the body language of your baby.
Stress management
In the stress management modules you, as parents, learn how you can use your body to better cope with and accompany stressful and tense situations with your child. Simple breathing and imagination exercises help to return to a state of slowness and openness even in difficult phases with the baby.
Baby Watching
The behavioral observation of infants and toddlers is the focus of the baby reading modules. In these courses you as parents learn to better understand and respond to your child’s body signals.
Parenting knowledge
The last pillar of the Basic Bonding Program is dedicated to imparting practical knowledge to parents. Here you will find important information about your child’s crying, sleeping and relationship behavior.
