I am here to empower and support you, parents of babies and children aged 6 to 36 months by offering a gentle and holistic approach to help improve your child’s sleep. In my coaching I am using gentle sleep education techniques that don’t interfere with bonding or attachment.
We will improve your Childs sleep without using controlled crying or cry it out techniques.
Children should feel loved, supported and responded to, while they are learning to settle happily and sleep well – when this is age appropriate.
You are the expert for your child and know what may work for them. The techniques I use are evidence based and very successful and do not compromise your child’s emotional well-being or your own.
The 4-6 week coaching includes:
- First Interview
- Sleep log
- Anamnesis interview
- Step by Step plan
- Close Contact while implementing the strategy
- Final meeting
